Slow down and find time for yourself! Would you like to learn how to maintain inner peace and serenity in the midst of the hustle and bustle of life - no matter whether there are highs or lows? Do you hear yourself saying: "That sounds wonderful, but there's no time for it right now"?
Then this retreat, in the middle of November, is just right for you! It gives you a break before the hectic season begins and helps you to enter the coming weeks calm and energised.
Especially at the end of the year, the days seem to go by faster and there is often hardly any room for conscious breaks. Stress and time pressure mean that we experience less consciously, perceive less and therefore get the feeling that time is running away from us.
An old Zen saying goes - meditate for 20 minutes a day. Unless you don't have time, then meditate for an hour!
Your yoga practice this weekend will take you back to your inner place of stillness - where you can find peace and new strength. In a mindful mixture of asana, pranayama and meditation, you will recharge your batteries and learn to face everyday life more calmly.
We practise slowly, mindfully and with a gentle vitality that strengthens you on all levels.
In the morning, you can expect an extensive practice that is both dynamic and gentle - a space in which you can immerse yourself in the depths of your soul. Meditation and pranayama (conscious breath control) give you moments of clarity and grounding. After a balanced breakfast, you will have enough time to enjoy the sea and nature to the full.
In the evening, calm, regenerating yoga sessions invite you to come back to yourself again and again and deepen your connection to yourself.
