As the days grow shorter and the North Sea is bathed in a mysterious light, St. Peter-Ording reveals its eerily beautiful side: At ‘Halloween by the Sea’, the Erlebnis-Promenade is transformed into an atmospheric world of spookiness, full of light installations, mystical sounds and surprising Halloween moments.
From 30 October to 1 November, visitors can expect a special atmosphere amidst the autumn breeze and the backdrop of the North Sea. Mysterious shadows, spooky decorations and creative lighting effects are sure to give you goosebumps and create a Halloween atmosphere for the whole family.
A particular highlight is the Halloween-style lantern procession on 30 October from 6 pm. With glowing lanterns, imaginative costumes and a Halloween party afterwards at the Erlebnis-Hus, the start of the spooky weekend will be celebrated in style.
Whether you’re a witch, a vampire, a ghost or simply a curious Halloween fan – “Halloween by the Sea” combines the North Sea atmosphere with spine-tingling fun and is one of the most atmospheric autumn events in St. Peter-Ording.

“Halloween by the Sea” is a public event organised by the St. Peter-Ording Tourist Board and is not organised by the Beach Motel St. Peter-Ording. For guests, however, the event is a great opportunity to experience the autumnal North Sea at its most mysterious.
