Variety of saunas for pure relaxation
Two different saunas, a steam bath and a spacious indoor and outdoor relaxation area with experience showers await you in the sauna area of our Ocean Spa - ideal for relaxing body and mind.
Our Finnish sauna (90 °C, dry heat) provides a classic, intense sauna experience.
The bio-soft sauna (60 °C) offers a milder alternative that is gentle on the circulation and is perfect for those who like things a little gentler.
In the steam bath (45 °C), you can indulge in pleasantly warm steam that moisturises the airways and relaxes the muscles.
Between sauna sessions, the cosy relaxation areas - both indoors and outdoors - invite you to take a deep breath, relax and let your gaze wander. The experience showers also provide a refreshing change.
The sauna area is open to all guests aged 16 and over.
Our younger guests (up to and including 15 years) can visit our spa under parental supervision from 10 am to 4 pm.
